These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyTradeBro platform, operated by Earl Solutions LLC (“Earl Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the AI-assisted SMS service made available through our contractor clients’ business numbers.
By using this website or texting a contractor number powered by MyTradeBro, you agree to these Terms.
1. About MyTradeBro
Program Name: MyTradeBro
Program Description: MyTradeBro is an AI-powered SMS platform that helps independent trade contractors (solar, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and similar trades) qualify incoming leads, gather service details, and schedule appointments. Earl Solutions LLC operates the MyTradeBro platform. Each contractor client is assigned a dedicated local SMS-enabled business number. When a homeowner texts that number, our AI assistant responds on the contractor’s behalf to handle the initial conversation.
MyTradeBro does not itself perform any contracting services. The contractor whose number you contact is an independent business and the intended service provider.
2. SMS Terms of Service
How the SMS Service Works
The MyTradeBro SMS service is consumer-initiated. You begin the conversation by texting a contractor’s published business number. We do not send unsolicited outbound messages to numbers that have not contacted us first.
By texting a MyTradeBro-powered contractor number, you consent to receive automated SMS replies from our AI assistant in connection with your service inquiry.
Message Frequency
Recurring messages. Frequency varies based on your engagement and the context of the conversation. You may receive multiple messages in a single conversation thread as the AI assistant gathers information about your service request.
Messaging Costs
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are separate from any services provided by MyTradeBro or the contractor.
Supported Carriers
The service is available on most major U.S. carriers. Carrier availability may vary.
3. How to Get Help or Stop Messages
At any time, you can text one of the following keywords directly in the message thread:
- Text HELP to receive a message with support contact information and a reminder of your options.
- Text STOP to immediately opt out of all further messages from that number. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.
You can also email us directly at weturner79@gmail.com with any questions or to request that your number be removed from our system.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
To stop receiving SMS messages from a MyTradeBro-powered number at any time:
- Reply STOP to any message in the conversation thread.
- You will receive one confirmation message: “You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from this number. Reply HELP for support.”
- No further messages will be sent to your number from that contractor’s MyTradeBro number.
If you text the same contractor number again in the future, that action re-initiates the conversation and constitutes a new opt-in.
5. Your Use of This Website
You agree to use mytradebro.com only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site to transmit spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or engage in any activity that could damage or overburden the platform.
The content on this website is provided for informational purposes. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of the information presented.
6. Contractor Relationship
MyTradeBro provides a communications platform to independent contractor businesses. Earl Solutions LLC is not a contractor, does not perform any trade services, and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any services provided by contractor clients. Any service agreement you enter into is directly between you and the contractor.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earl Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the MyTradeBro platform or any services arranged through it. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed $100.
8. Privacy
Your use of the SMS service and this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
